What is home health care and who is it for?

Many times, it’s for an aging family member who needs help with everyday tasks and wants to remain at home. But it can also be for someone of any age who is recovering from surgery or an injury, requiring rehabilitation, or living with a long-term illness. In addition to general care, we also specialize in helping clients who have a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia, developmental disabilities, or who have ventilators and tracheotomies.

Every client receives a plan of care customized to his or her exact needs. Home care can be daily visits, round-the-clock nursing, live in help, or occasional visits throughout the week. It can be short-term or long-term and can adapt over time to life’s changes.

The Care We Offer

What type of care is right for you or your loved one? Give us a call. We’ll listen, come and visit, and deliver a detailed recommendation for a plan of care that meets your specific needs and works with your payment options.
